The foundation of Catena's business concept is to develop and manage efficient logistics facilities in a sustainable manner and through cooperation, and we have a clearly stated a goal of continued growth. At the same time, we are well aware that we operate in an industry that unequivocally has a major impact on both society and the environment. There is a strong drive within Catena to contribute to the development of a more sustainable logistics network and take long-term responsibility for the environment and society in all respects. In 2021, our sustainability goals were updated so that we will be an even greater part of the ongoing transition. The new targets will require extensive efforts from us and we are not fully aware of the approach in certain areas. Rather than letting this impede our ambitions – we consider this to be an important part of the process ahead of us

Our shared core values and our Code of Conduct always provide initial motivation - here we find guidance on how to act in everyday life and how to interact with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. We all have a common responsibility to act ethically in everyday life and to run the business at all levels in a responsible and sustainable way.

We have introduced a whistleblowing system that makes it easy for anyone to share information about disparities which violate laws, ethics, morals or Catena's policies.
