Catena can now announce that MM-Sport, one of the Nordic region’s largest suppliers in the field of dietary supplements, has signed up for the next step in which a further logistics facility will be built close to Menigo. MM-Sport will rent a small part of the new facility, and Catena is confident that it can rent out the remaining space.

- The total investment is expected to amount to SEK 449 million with an estimated net operating income of SEK 29.7 million.
- The contract period for MM-Sport is 10 years.

Catena has strict sustainability requirements for Logistics Position Landvetter, and a range of initiatives are planned for aspects such as biodiversity in the area.
”I am pleased that we can already start the next step of Logistics Position Landvetter and welcome
MM-Sport as our tenant. The construction now taking place at short notice in the area shows the strength of Catena’s offer and how strong demand is for sustainable and modern logistical facilities in the right location,” notes Catena’s regional manager for Gothenburg, Jonas Arvidsson.
The construction will commence in autumn 2022 and MM-Sport is expected to move in during spring 2024.
